Section Focus
When section selected:
Section [N]: [Name]
[Description from items.yaml]
Items: [count] ([critical] critical, [recommended] recommended) Scope: [org/project/both]
Items in this section:
- [ID]: [Title] - [severity]
- [ID]: [Title] - [severity] ...
Start from the beginning? (y/n/or enter item number)
Important: Before starting the first item, read the project config (projects/<name>.yaml) and clone the repo to a temp directory. Reuse the same clone for all items in the section — don't re-clone for each item.
Parallel Auto-Check Within Section
After listing items and cloning the repo, launch a single subagent to auto-check all items in the section:
- The subagent reads the section's
guide.mdanditems.yaml - It runs all verification commands against the cloned repo
- For each item, it determines: pass / fail / partial / needs-review
- It writes result files per
checklist/schema/audit-result.schema.yaml(item_id not id, lowercase status, ## Summary required, required headings per status) - It validates each result file by running
npx tsx checklist/schema/validate.ts <result-file-path> --fixand fixes any errors - Items requiring user judgment are marked
needs-review
Present a section summary:
## Section [N] Auto-Check Results
**Completed:** X/Y items
**Pass:** A | **Fail:** B | **Partial:** C | **Needs Review:** D
### Failures:
- [ID]: [reason] (FAIL)
### Needs Your Input:
- [ID]: [what's needed from user]
Review results? (y = review details / n = accept and continue to interactive items)
The user can accept, review, or override any auto-checked result.
Interactive Items
Then proceed through remaining needs-review items sequentially using the Interactive Item Workflow from /audit-start.
